The award was presented to our fantastic client, the EFL Trust, at a ceremony in London.
The panel of judges was made up of experts from Marks & Spencer, Deliveroo, Airbnb, and Samsung.
We were very impressed with the results this website has achieved, especially in such a short time period.
The winners have shared a fantastic analysis of the customer journey and it is great to see how they understood pain points along their journey and were able to go on to improve the overall customer experience, thus encouraging more people to join courses. Excellent work!
In the past 12 months, the site has received over 72,000 orders, a 22% increase from the previous period, in doing so, increasing the engagement and activity levels of people in communities across the country.
