Outcomes
EyeKit approached us in 2018 and after their previous website was hacked. They asked us to refresh the design and make their site more user friendly. Using Magento, we built a new website that is more organised and has better backend functionality, making it easier to maintain.The finished website is fully responsive, SEO optimised and built with UX in mind. As well as being visually pleasing, EyeKit is now lightning fast and has additional security measures to protect against vulnerabilities and threats.
The website also includes a bespoke prescription tool which allows users to filter search results based on their personal requirements – this means users don’t have to search through the whole website to find what they need.
The EyeKit website was a real challenge for the team. Making it easy to find products, add in your prescription details and still give a great user experience.
The prescription engine in EyeKit and product configurator was one of our most complex Magento undertakings, but rewarding to implement.
